HOMES, DESIGNED WITH INTENTION

Creating refined Australian homes thoughtfully designed around the way you live, with omfort, character, and craftsmanship built into every detail.

Building More Than Homes
Western Australia.

At Inara Homes, we believe your home should reflect the way you live-your needs, your style, and your plans for the future. We work closely with you to create a home that feels distinctly yours.

Building a home involves many decisions, but you don't have to navigate them alone. From layouts to materials and finishes, we provide clear guidance to help you make informed choices with confidence.

We take on a select number of builds each year so we can give every home the time, care, and attention it deserves. You work directly with us throughout the process, with clear communication and a personal approach from the first conversation to handover.

Whether you want to be involved in every detail or prefer more guidance from our team, we tailor our approach to suit you. Honesty, transparency, and quality craftsmanship are at the heart of how we work.

For us, building your home starts with understanding what matters to you. We take the time to listen, welcome your questions, and work through your ideas, so the finished home feels right for you, now and for years to come.

We listen. We care. We make it happen.

What Our Clients Say

Respectfully, if you’re not building with Inara Homes, what are you doing 🥹🥹 From our slab going down in September through to key handover in June, Saleem exceeded every expectation we had. His clear communication, honesty, attention to detail and genuine care for our build were second to none. No question was ever too much, we received regular updates throughout the entire build, and we always felt supported and confident that our home was in the best hands. You hear so many stories about how stressful building a home can be, but Saleem made our experience genuinely enjoyable. The entire process felt organised, transparent and exciting, and we were never left wondering what was happening or what came next. What sets Saleem apart is the pride he takes in his work. He treated our home as if it were his own, always going above and beyond to make sure every detail was completed to the highest standard. Nothing felt rushed or overlooked. The quality of workmanship throughout our home is exceptional, and the finished result is somehow even better than we imagined.

We had an excellent experience with Inara Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build in Perth. We couldn't be happier with our experience building with Inara Homes. From the very first consultation through to handover, their team was professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in getting the details right. Any questions we had along the way were answered promptly, and the finished home exceeded our expectations — beautifully finished and clearly built with care. We'd happily recommend Inara Homes to anyone looking to build their dream home. Thank you to the whole Inara Homes team!

We had an excellent experience with Inara Homes and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build in Perth. The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail has been outstanding, and we’re extremely happy with our new home. Saleem genuinely cared about making sure everything was done properly and that we were happy with the final result. A special thank you to Saleem, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was professional, approachable and always available to answer our questions. His communication was excellent, and he made sure we were kept informed and comfortable at every stage of the build.

I’ve loved working with Inara Homes and having them build my own house, which is just about finished now! Saleem is such a wonderful builder—so honest, hardworking, and truly trustworthy. He always goes above and beyond, treating every detail as if he were building his own home. I'm so grateful for his support and would warmly recommend Saleem and the Inara Homes team to anyone!
